THE 7-MAN PROJECTS VERIFICATION COMMITTEE INAUGURATED BY THE RESTORATION GOVERNMENT HAS YIELD POSITIVE RESULTS IN ANYAMA-IJAW COMMIUNITY, -THE TARAKIRI BOY.

THE 7-MAN PROJECTS VERIFICATION COMMITTEE INAUGURATED BY THE RESTORATION GOVERNMENT HAS YIELD POSITIVE RESULTS IN ANYAMA-IJAW COMMIUNITY, -THE TARAKIRI BOY.



The Tarakiri boy, Comr Elaye Igbian-warifagha Yagila has join the Indigenes of Anyama-Ijaw community to expressed  excitement towards the installation of the NDDC street lights (Solar Lights) that is going on in the community today being.

It could be recalled that, on the 17th of October, 2017. Governor Henry Seriake Dickson of Bayelsa State expressed serious concern over the politicization and abandonment of Niger Delta Development Commission (NDDC) projects over the years in the State. Describing this trend as unacceptable, Governor Dickson inaugurated a 7-man project verification committee led by Engr. Charles Ambaowei.

He also used the occasion to call on the Federal Government to hasten the inauguration of the NDDC Governing Board, consisting of State Governors of the oil-producing states.




The Governor therefore sounded a note of warning to all contractors to complete their projects. In light of this, the Governor assured Bayelsans of his administration’s readiness to complement the Federal Government, in monitoring projects meant for the state to ensure their completion.

On this noted contractors have started coming back to site to speed up their awarded Jobs through the warning of the state Government and which has started yielding positive results across the state.

While still in the mood of excitement  he also  commands  the Honourable Commissioner for Agricultural and Natural resources Hon. Doodei A Week who has exhibiting his eloquence towards the contractor through the restoration government to effect the installation of the solar lights. throughly the Resortoration government is working.. Thanks to the PDP led Adminstration led Gov Henry Seriake Dickson ,who has made it possible he said.
