After proper consultatIons with the stakeholders of Anyama-Ijaw Community.
The Secetrary Community Development Committee Anyama-Ijaw Community in southern-Ijaw Local Govenment Area Comr Elaye Igbian-Warifagha has labeled a group led by Anyama-Odi Seidougha Sariki who held meeting which was tagged Unity,Peace Love amongst youths at the Secondary School of Anyama-Ijaw on the 17th of June, 2018. at about 1400hours without the notification of the leadership the community such as the Paramount Ruler HRH Amen Sariki, Community Development Committee and the Youths Executives“baseless and properganda on the following basis...
1- That there is no conflicts ,disputs and as well as issues amongst the youths ,rather the only challenge the youths are face wherein is the variaties of political ideologies exhibited by two individuals such as Amen Sariki and Insp. Carrol Ebidei (NFP serving ) during the Paramount Ruler Election of Anyama-Ijaw Community in 2018. in which the election was in conclusive but the supporters of the severing Police officer Insp Carroll aggressively and fraudulently declared him the winner of election and falsely coronated him on 6th of January, 2016 in which was initiated by Anyama-Odi Seidougha Sariki and his allies.
But due to the fact that Amen Sariki is a Law abiding citizen of the federal republic of Nigeria he referred the matter to Federal High Court in Yenagoa to challenge his candidacy of Insp.Carrol on the basis that Insp Carrol is a not qualify to contest any public office due to the fact that he is still a serving officer of NPF also that he didn't meet up the requirements as stated in the constitution of Anyama-Ijaw Community 2014. Thereafter judgement was delivered on the 28th of Nov, 2016. in favour of Amen Sariki wherein he was emerged as the Paramount Ruler of Anyama-Ijaw Community on the 10th of Dec,2016. But the supporters of Insp.Carrol Ebidei are refusing to accept defeats and to work in the solution of one community which have led them to rebel against the Leadership of the community also by attacking the supporters of Amen Sariki in which i was also one of the victims attacked which has many cause breach of peace in Community.
1-Therefore the Paramount Ruler HRH Amen Sariki in consultation with his chief's constitute the CDC and Youths cabinets through election in which Comr Raymond Sikpi won the position of the CDC chairman ,while Comr German Inangonimi won the position of the youth President of Anyama-Ijaw Community on the 23rd of June,2017. Therefore it is worth to note that apart from this above mention there no any other CDC chairman and Youth President of Anyama-Ijaw Community.
Therefore if any other individuals is caught parading his/herself as such he or her will have himself to be blame because he or she is out of content of court which is a punishable offence of the federal republic of Nigeria.
2- That the population of Anyama-Ijaw youths are more than 200 youths or there about ,therefore the people in this displayed photographs did not represent the youths of Anyama-Ijaw Community.Hence if the aforementioned group are aimed for propergandar ,they are also a group individuals whose purpose is to milk funds from well meaningful individuals of Nigeria in the name of managing conflicts in communities.
3- Therefore if the Ayama Youth for Peace Forum led by Anyama-Odi an his allies are hereby claiming to have effect reconciliation amongst the aggrieved youths he, his group and his insubbordtinates should make a Radio broadcast in all media houses in Bayelsa state and social medias that they have accepted the ruling and Judgment of the federal high court which declared Amen Sariki the only candidate qualify for the Paramount Ruler election of Anyama-Ijaw Community which also stated that he should coronated as the Paramount Ruler of the Community and as well as apologized to him also.
On this note Comr Elaye Igbian-Warifagha Yagila is hereby calling on the youths of Anyama-Ijaw Community to be law abiding citizens and deviate from insubbordtinates behaviours such as drugs/substance abuses ,cultism and stealing rather they should support the reign of HRH Amen Sariki as the
paramount ruler.
