The Traditional marriage of Chief Hon Kuromotimi Abassa had alot of dignitaries present at the ceremony.
The Bayelsa State Commissioner for Agriculture and Natural Resources Hon.Prince Doodei Week yesterday 23rd June,2018, led a large delegation of members of the Peoples Democratic Party, PDP to stormed the Traditional Marriage of his Special Adviser who also doubles as the PDP Chairman Silga Ward 2 at Oweikoroghe Community in Southern.
Among the dignitaries are Hon Monday Obolo Edwind Bubo member Bayelsa state House of Assembly Silga 2, Ex agitator Gen. Africa Ukparasia, HRH Amen Sariki Paramount Ruler Anyama-Ijaw, Barr.Korkor Oyeinereweremi Sariki Head of Chamber Sariki and Yagba Associate, Prof. Martin Allison Former Dean of Faculty of Agric Niger Delta University ,Hon. Kia Nigeria, Caretaker Chairman of Southern-Ijaw Local Council.
Others were the Restoration women Silga Chapter led by the wife of the honourable Commissioner Mrs Princess Pere-ere D. Week ,and as well as the newly elected Exco of Tarakiri Youth Association represented by the Organising/Publicity Secretary Comr Elaye Igbian Warifagha Yagila aka The Tarakiri Boy and Secretary General Comr Parm. Ibulu Ambaiowei, Silga Grassroots Movement for Good Governance Bayelsa State, represented by Personal Assistant to the Agri Boss Snr Comr Collins Seighe , and Comr Reginald Die Josiah , .The marriage was colourful, remarkable and a memorable ceremony.
