This is to inform all N-power Beneficiaries in Bayelsa State that there will be a congress to discuss issues that affect N-power beneficiaries in the state and the way forward for all beneficiaries.
Note: The congress is for both 2016 and 2017 beneficiaries.

2. Sitting of Excos/ PPA coordinators on high table

3. Opening remarks by President
4. Speeches by all the speakers to set the tone for discussion
4. Open floor discussion by delegates/beneficiaries
5. Communique/ resolutions from issues discussed.
6. Vote of thanks/Refreshment
7. Closing Prayer
