The Director of Doodei Youths Vanguard Network, Comr Elaye Igbian Warifagha Yagila has on behalf of the group and the friends of Hon Wisdom Fafi the felicitated with his amiable, hard working and also one of the dependable allies in the Restoration Government Gov Seriake Henry Dickson , the Executive Chairman of Kolokumo/Opokuma Local Government Council on the occasion of his birthday anniversary.
In a congratulatory message, Elaye acknowledged his continued loyalty, dedication and solidarity in the Restoration Government noting that, he is a God sent to the poeple of KOLGA adding that his reign as the Council Boss has truly reshaping the administration of the council over the past years.
