According to Elaye, in every position Chief Kia was known to have served with commitment, diligence, purposefulness and result oriented, stressing that, these are the qualities that, have always placed him above his peers.

Temple disclosed that most of his supporters are  of  the supporters of the candidate of house of representative for Southern-Ijaw federal Constituency and the candidate of house of Assembly, Silga Constituency II, of  All Progressive Congress.He described APC as a threat to democracy given the irregularities trailing primary elections conducted by the party.
